Delivery Man

Vince Vaughn finds out that he has had several different children, even though he donated his semen and no body knew about it, later on in life that he finds out that he has fathered hundreds of different children all over the place and he doesn’t know what to do next. I thought Vince Vaughn was excellent in this movie and I like him as an actor anyways. If I were you I would rent this because I thought there were many great parts in this surprisingly good movie.

I gave this movie 3 out of 4 stars. 

The Wolf of Wall Street

I thought this movie was terrific I thought the acting was outstanding but I didn’t think it should be nominated for best actor but I glad Jonah was nominated for best supporting actor and I love the direction that Martin Scorsese took when he decided to direct this outstanding movie. I think it’s one of the best of the year.

I give this movie 4 out of 4 stars. 

Muppets Most Wanted

When the muppets came out a few years ago I couldn’t wait to watch this movie and neither could my children. Now in Muppets Most Wanted it delivers emotional impact of the first film although it’s not as good as the original.

In this movie it stars Dominic Badguy played by Ricky Gervais and he has a plan to replace Kermit the Frog with a look-a-like frog named Constantine who is a criminal genius.  Kermit decides to take a rest and just hang out at the water but suddenly he finds himself arrested by Nadya played by Tina Fey and sent to a camp where no one escapes.

The entire muppets join together to rescue Kermit the frog. Miss Piggy, Fozzy Bear, Kermit all star together with Ty Burrell from Modern Family, Tina Fey, Lady Gaga, Christopher Waltz, Celine Dion, and Salma Hayek all come together to form an outstanding cast that I was quite impressed with.

Once again this movie isn’t as good as the first one but I still gave it 3 out of 4 stars. 

Divergent

Shaillene Woodley that stars brilliantly with George Clooney in The Descendents and also in The Spectacular Now and now she has another movie she stars in the new film Divergent. She always takes every role and makes it her own special part no matter what the part is.

Tris (Woodley) again joining one of the five top groups in the organization, and she has to go through all the different activities that will determine what group she goes into. Tris comes from a group of people who want to go into society and help others and they are called Abnegation sector. Tris has always thought that she would be a part of this operation where she could help other people succeed.

Jeanine Matthews (Kate Winslet) is in charge of society where they are looking for Divergent and she plans on killing everyone who doesn’t conform. Once Tris joins Dauntless she is trained in the martial arts by the mysterious Four played by Theo James. He takes the time to spend quality time with Tris because he thinks she has a special gift to share and he thinks she can do amazing things for the population.

I thought this movie was awesome and I thought the performances were fantastic. Shaillene Woodley, Kate Winslet, Ashley Judd, Tony Goldwyn, and Theo James were all terrific in their performances. I really liked Neil Burger’s passion for directing a movie where he broke down the barriers and had the whole cast spend time and I think that was a strong part in why this movie was so good.

I give this movie 3 ½ out of 4 stars and I look for the last two movies to be even better.

Saving Mr. Banks

Walt Disney played by Tom Hanks also all stops taking the movie rights to Mary Poppins played by author P.I. Travelers played by Emma Thompson. I thought this was one of the best Disney movies that has been made in a long time I like the fact that both Tom Hanks and Emma Thompson both planned these characters to perfection and I love the chemistry between these two actors.

I love to just like at Disneyland back in the day, and I thought that Tom Hanks should've been nominated for an Oscar I thought he was much better in this role but he was in Capt. Phillips.  Emma Thompson was just outstanding as playing P.I. Travelers because she had to came in this role consistently and she had to have that terrible haircut that nobody wanted.

I gave this movie four out of four stars.

Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues

Ron Burgundy tries to stay classy when him and his team all go to New York to have 24 hour news cable network.

I thought this movie was hilarious Steve Correll, Paul Rudd, David Koechner and Christina Applegate are all hilarious in their roles. I'm a huge fan of Anchorman, a huge fan of this film as well even though I didn't have this movie as high as I gave the first one this movie is still hilarious.

Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues 3 1/2 out of four stars

Bad Words

Jason Bateman directed and stars in Bad Words this is an extremely funny movie so well directed by Bateman.  

Guy Trilby (Jason Bateman) stars as 40 -year-old spelling genius who joins with these young counterparts win $50,000 .  Also there's a he's on track to movie is long-lost father who is in charge of this spelling bee champion . Trilby also say this the advantage of the young opponent five playing practical jokes on them during this spelling bee. He will anything necessary win this spelling bee no matter how much pain he causes his opponent.

Kathryn Hahn, Allison Janney and wonderful Rohan Chand are all wonderful in their roles. And Jason Bateman was outstanding as the director and star of this wonderful movie. I love the between Jason Bateman and Rohan Chand their part was so surprising and I really scenes between the two of them was tremendous.

I really like the direction done by Bateman and I like the detail everything in order including the fact that most of his actors really perform their roles for little money and I thought that was terrific. 

I gave this movie three out of four stars.

Sabotage

Arnold Schwarzenegger stars as John Wharton who leaves a special DEA team always on to be the capture the drug villains. Schwarzenegger  really plays a different person in this movie, now I like him and this is the role. Now he's not a great actor but I thought it was is best role since Commando. Yes he is an action star anytime Schwarzenegger adds some decent acting to his roles it's always a good sign.                                                                                                                              

In Sabotage Wharton takes his people online to battle the drug lords compound where they trade in of ammunition just to get ahead. Nine of Wharton people have their own plans where they plan to take the money and thought it in a safe place and were not even Schwarzenegger knows about it.

Wharton and and these men all discover the all the money gone missing. They were soon as somebody in their own group is responsible for this action. They soon discover government is behind all of this operation so they go to battle to recover all the money that has been stolen. This is a even though Wharton people already know where the money is and then not talking.

Sabotage as plenty of action and lots of stuff blows up, and I really like all heart of the movie. Also I thought Schwarzenegger was quite good in his role. But overall the direction of filmmaker David Ayer was not good at all the characters are aren't develop at all. The action was spectacular and I love that part of the movie, the overall story is very weak.

Once again I love the action and I really like Schwarzenegger's acting which is not great plays an action star and I thought his performance in this movie was quite good.

I'm giving this movie 2 1/2 out of four stars
